Three full weeks spent in a scenery that is so idyllic is a dream we don’t want to wake up from!
Our second time on this beautiful location gave us the chance to refine details we had learned from our first festival. We arrived a full week earlier to set up what we had envisioned, building extra tables and arranging shade spaces. A full day of boasting male energy was spent, setting up our two beautiful bedouin tents, our three longes and our new aerial rig. We couldn’t believe our eyes at how beautiful the training location was…
The obligatory village in the sky (flying tents in between trees) and some slacklines over the water, as well as perfectly placed hammocks next to the main waterfall, created an idyllic scenery that made us happily content every morning. And as we were a bit scared from the weather of last year, we spent a sweaty morning session, digging water canals in case the rain would come back to greet us again.
Many fairy lights, festival signs made from wood, a functional tea station and freed up space for the tents later, we were ready to go. And as our efforts were seen and valued, the whole festival was accompanied by good spirits. Many workshops were held, new tricks learned, new friendships made, many laughs shared. Our three day- and nighttime parties were to dance out our tired muscles, we enjoyed sauna under the starry sky and late-night cozy times around the fire.
We left the festival with so much energy for next year, which will be our magical 10th anniversary edition. Stay tuned, for what’s to come!
